Add people from your organization to another organization’s Admin Center

You can add people from your organization to another organization’s Admin Center after your organization has been given access. You can only do this for people who use an email domain that's verified or trusted in your organization's Admin Center.
Admins must be 18 years of age or older (depending on the age of legal majority where they reside).
To add someone from your organization to another organization’s Admin Center:
  1. Click People in the left menu of Admin Center.
  2. Click External relationships in the left menu.
  3. Click Options to the right of the external relationship, then select View relationship.
  4. Click Add people in the top right.
  5. Search for the person’s name you want to add, then click on their name when it appears. You can add multiple people at once.
  6. Click Confirm and continue.
Depending on the settings chosen by the organization that has given you access to their Admin Center, people will either be added automatically or an admin from the organization who invited you will need to approve membership. You can see which people from your organization have access in the Active tab, as well as which people have not yet been approved in the Pending approval tab.
Member requests expire after 30 days. If a member request expires, then you can go to the Inactive tab, click Options to the right of the person’s name, then click Send new member request.
How people from your organization switch to another organization’s Admin Center
When you add people from your organization to another organization’s Admin Center, their account is still managed by your organization but they can switch between your organization’s Admin Center or Accounts Center and the other organization’s Admin Center.
The way that people in your organization will switch to the other organization’s Admin Center depends on whether they have admin permissions in your own organization’s Admin Center:
  • People with admin permissions in your own organization’s Admin Center can switch from your own organization’s Admin Center
  • People who don’t have admin permissions in your own organization’s Admin Center can switch from Accounts Center
