Accept or decline an invitation to another organization’s Admin Center

This article is for organizations that are being invited by another organization to complete admin tasks for them in Admin Center only, rather than resellers who are also managing the organization’s subscription to Meta Horizon managed services.
After an organization has invited you to have access to their Admin Center, you can accept or decline the invitation.
To respond to an invitation:
  1. Click People in the left menu of Admin Center.
  2. Click External relationships.
  3. Click the Invitations tab.
  4. Click Options to the right of the invitation, then select Respond to invitation.
  5. Review the relationship settings.
  6. Then, either:
    • Click Accept invitation.
    • Click Decline invitation, then Decline invitation to confirm.
After you have accepted an invitation, you can add the people from your organization that you want to have access to the other organization’s Admin Center.
