What happens if your payment fails for Meta Quest for Business
If your payment fails for Meta Quest for Business, then check your payment details are correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account. If needed, you can edit or change your payment method.
There will be banners in Admin Center informing you that your payment has failed. Meta will also send you reminder emails.
0-1 months after failed payment
- Meta will attempt to take payment every 4 days for 20 days.
1-3 months after failed payment
- Meta will attempt to take payment every 4 days for 20 days. After 20 days, if you update your payment method then Meta will attempt to take payment again.
- You won’t be able to manage devices until your overdue payments are resolved. You won’t be able to access device insights or the Devices section in Admin Center.
At the end of the 3rd month after failed payment
If you use Admin Center for Meta Quest for Business (including Support Plus and Shared Mode add-ons) only:
- Meta will cancel your Meta Quest for Business subscription. Everyone in your organization will lose access.
- You will lose access to Admin Center.
- All Meta Quest devices enrolled in your organization’s Meta Quest for Business subscription will be wiped and released from Admin Center.
- You can resubscribe by contacting our sales team.
If you use Admin Center for Meta Quest for Business and Meta business tools:
- Meta will cancel your Meta Quest for Business subscription. Everyone in your organization will lose access.
- You can still use Admin Center for Meta business tools.
- All Meta Quest devices enrolled in your organization’s Meta Quest for Business subscription will be wiped and released from Admin Center.
- All device profiles will be deleted.
- Any apps, policies and networks and certificates will be deleted.
- You can resubscribe to Meta Quest for Business in Admin Center.
