Delete Admin Center for your organization

If you’re looking to just delete one or a few people’s managed Meta accounts, find out how to do this.
Only system admins can delete Admin Center for their organization.
You can only delete Admin Center if you have one connected product. If you use Admin Center for business tools (example: Business Manager) and Meta Quest for Business, then you need to either delete business tools from Admin Center or cancel Meta Quest for Business first before you can delete Admin Center.
If you choose to delete Admin Center for your organization, everyone in your organization will lose access to their managed Meta account and Meta products accessed using their account. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have downloaded any information that your organization might require prior to selecting to delete Admin Center.
To delete Admin Center for your organization:
  1. Log into Admin Center.
  2. Click Organization settings Organization settings in the left menu.
  3. Review the information underneath Delete Meta Admin Center. Then, click Delete Admin Center.
  4. Review the information, confirm that you’re authorized to delete Admin Center for your organization, then click Confirm.
  5. Enter a code from your authentication app, then click Confirm.
    • If you can’t enter a code from an authentication app, click Use another method and follow on-screen instructions.
Note: If a reseller manages your Meta Quest for Business subscription, then you will need to contact them to cancel your subscription before you can delete Admin Center.
