Give access to Meta products connected in Admin Center to specific people or groups

This article is only applicable to admins of managed Meta accounts.
You can choose to manage which people with a managed Meta account in your organization can access Meta Quest for Business and business tools such as Business Manager and Ads Manager. By default:
  • Anyone with a managed Meta account has access to your organization’s Meta Quest for Business
  • When business tools are connected to Admin Center, the system admin chooses whether to turn on default (everyone with a managed Meta account has access) or custom access.
You can provide access to Meta Quest for Business or business tools on an individual basis, by using groups created in Admin Center, or both. By using groups, you can manage access based on account status, job title, department, division and location.
People have to be 16+ years of age to use a managed Meta account for Meta business tools, and 18+ years of age to access Admin Center and Meta Quest for Business. Learn more about age requirements.
