Download the OEMConfig APK for Meta Quest for Business

The OEMConfig APK is available to organizations that use either Ivanti Neurons for MDM or Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM to manage Meta Quest for Business devices.
If you use either Ivanti Neurons for MDM or Workspace ONE UEM to manage Meta Quest for Business devices, then you can access more device management settings with Meta’s OEMConfig APK. For example, you can choose whether to allow people in your organization to:
You can also set up devices in Shared Mode when you use the OEMConfig APK. Without the OEMConfig APK, you can only set up devices in Individual Mode when using a third-party device manager.
If you set up devices in Shared Mode, then Shared Mode settings will replace previous settings. Example: If the device previously had access to social features, then it will lose this access when it’s set up in Shared Mode.
Note: If you set a password policy when setting up devices in Shared Mode using the OEMConfig APK, then people using the devices may be immediately asked to set a password that meets requirements in the device.
Use the OEMConfig APK
First, click the following link to download the OEMConfig APK.
Then:
  • If you use Workspace ONE UEM, upload this APK in the resources section.
  • If you use Ivanti Neurons for MDM, upload this APK in the apps section.
