Configure an organization-managed Meta Quest device independently in Admin Center

You can configure a device independently in Individual Mode or Shared Mode. You manage an independently configured device’s settings and apps directly. If you don’t want to do this, you can assign device presets.
You can select to configure a device independently if you enroll a device in Admin Center before it’s logged into with a managed Meta account.
Configure a device independently
If you want to configure a device independently, make sure it's been removed from any groups, device presets or third-party enrollments.
If a device is not managed by a group or configured by a device preset or third-party enrollment, then it will be configured independently.
