This page is only applicable to admins of managed Meta accounts.
If you have not connected your organization’s Meta Admin Center with an identity provider, you will need to proactively make changes (including account deactivation and deletion) in Admin Center.
All system admins and other admins with relevant permissions can proactively manage a person’s managed Meta account in Admin Center. This can be done on an individual basis or in bulk.
You can only make changes to managed Meta accounts belonging to your Admin Center. You cannot make changes to profile details of people that have access to your Admin Center from an external organization.
Note: Admins can only edit an account’s name, email address or work phone number if the account is associated with a verified domain in Admin Center. If the account is not associated with a verified domain, then only the account user can edit their name or work phone number – they can’t edit their email address.
