Send a support request in Admin Center

This article explains how to raise support tickets for Meta Quest for Business and managed Meta accounts in Admin Center. If you need support for Meta business tools (example: Business Manager), visit the Business Help Center. If you need support for your Facebook account, visit the Facebook Help Center.
Admins who have permissions to contact support in Admin Center can raise a ticket. Admins can do this for themselves or on behalf of other people in their organization, including those without admin permissions.
Raise a support ticket
  1. Click Support in the bottom left of Admin Center.
  2. Try finding the answer to your question using either the search bar or the section titled What do you need help with?
  3. If you need more help, click Send a question.
  4. If prompted, select the area you need help with, then select the topic of your question. Click Next.
  5. Fill in the form, then click Send question.
After raising a ticket, you can check the status of it in Support tickets.
Live chat
If you have the Support Plus add-on, you can also get support through live chat. To start a live chat:
  1. Click Support in the bottom left of Admin Center.
  2. Click Chat with us.
  3. Enter details about the issue and upload any relevant attachments, then click Start chat.
