Switch to using a reseller to manage your organization’s Meta Horizon managed services

This article is only applicable to admins with relevant permissions.
Organizations that currently manage their own Meta Horizon managed services plan can switch to using a reseller to manage the plan.
To do this, your organization and the reseller will first need to separately agree to terms for the reseller’s management of your subscription.
Then:
  1. Click Products & billing in the left menu of Admin Center.
  2. Click Get activation code in the Subscribe through a reseller box.
  3. Read and agree to the Reseller Customer Terms, then click Generate code.
  4. Share this code with your reseller, who will need it to complete your order with them.
When your reseller has completed the order, you will receive a confirmation email.
You won’t be able to view bills in Admin Center from the point a reseller starts managing your subscription.
Cancel your reseller partnership
Contact your reseller directly to discuss cancelling your partnership. If you cancel your partnership but want to keep using Meta Horizon managed services, then you will need to add payment information.
