Sign up for Meta Horizon managed services with a reseller
This article is for organizations who want a reseller to manage their subscription to Meta Horizon managed services. Alternatively, organizations can sign up directly with Meta.
To use a reseller to sign up for Meta Horizon managed services, your organization and the reseller will first need to separately agree to terms for the reseller’s management of your subscription.
The way you sign up depends on whether your organization already uses managed Meta accounts and has access to Admin Center.

If your organization does not already use managed Meta accounts
If your organization does not already use Admin Center, then here’s how to sign up for managed services with a reseller:
- Visit https://forwork.meta.com/meta-horizon-managed-solutions/sign-up. Scroll down and click either the button for work customers to sign up, or the button for education customers.
- Select your country.
- Review the information, then click Continue.
- Enter your work email address, then click Continue.
- We will send a confirmation code to your email. Enter this code in the Verification code box and click Verify.
- Enter your details, including your name, date of birth and a password, then click Continue.
- Enter information about your organization, including your organization’s name and current number of Meta Quest devices. Read and agree to the Meta Horizon Managed Solutions Terms of Service, then click Continue.
- Click to check the box next to Subscribe through a reseller.
- Read and agree to the terms, then click Generate code.
- Share the code with your reseller.
The reseller uses this code to complete an order for Meta Horizon managed services on behalf of your organization. The reseller will also use this code to verify your organization’s eligibility for Meta for Education, if relevant. When the order is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email and will be able to log into Admin Center after setting up two-factor authentication for your account.
If your organization already uses managed Meta accounts for business tools
If you currently use managed Meta accounts for business tools (example: Meta Business Suite) and you want to sign up to managed services through Meta for Work with a reseller, then you first need to enable managed services in Admin Center and then switch to using a reseller.
