Activate the managed Meta account given to you by your organization

You need to activate your Meta account that’s managed by your organization (such as where you go to work or school) before you can use products that are connected to this account.
The way you activate your account depends on whether you’re using it for a Meta Quest device that’s managed by your organization, or for business tools such as Business Manager.

Note: Activating an account that’s managed by your organization or school is different than creating a Meta account for personal use.

Activate your account to use a Meta Quest device that’s managed by your organization

  1. Follow the link that was sent to the email address that's connected to your managed account.
    • As an admin created your account for you, this is likely the email address you use for work or school.
  2. Depending on the login settings chosen by your organization's admin, either create a password or log in with SSO.
After you have activated your managed account, you can connect a Meta Quest to your organization.

You can activate your account for business tools in Business Manager.
