You can view casts on work.meta.com/facilitator_suite using Google Chrome (web and mobile), Microsoft Edge (web only) and Firefox (web only).
If you’re an admin with access to Facilitator Suite, then you can start and view casts from Meta Quest devices in your organization. You may have access to all devices in your organization, or devices in specific groups.
You can view casts from up to 48 devices. Devices do not need to be connected to the same network.
Start, view and end casts
- Go to work.meta.com/facilitator_suite.
- Alternatively, go to
Devices in Admin Center, select
Facilitator Suite in the left menu, then select Launch.
- Alternatively, go to
- Then:
- If you want to start a cast from 1 device, then select Start to the right of the device.
- If you want to start a cast from multiple devices, select the checkbox to the left of the devices, then Start selected in the top right. You can search for the devices you want to cast from at the top.
- This will send a notification to the device(s). If the person using the device accepts the request to cast, then the device’s casting status in Facilitator Suite will change to Casting.
- Other casting statuses include Declined, Unavailable (if the device is offline or unreachable), In a session (if the device is already casting somewhere else) and Error (example: the device’s network connection drops during the casting session), Cast ended and Expired.
- You can view all live casts in Facilitator Suite.
- You can add new casts by selecting Add cast in the top right.
- To end all casts at the same time, select End all in the top right then confirm. To end a single cast, select the X in the top right of the individual cast then confirm.
You can turn on or mute audio from a cast (all casts are mute by default), and also expand your view of a cast.
Note: If multiple devices are enrolled into your organization under the same owner, only one of those devices can be used per casting session. If devices are enrolled under different owners, you can have up to 48 devices in a single casting session.
