Manage a people preset in Admin Center

This article is only applicable to admins with relevant permissions.
You can make changes to a people preset in Admin Center at any time. This includes changes to the name, description, Admin Center access, product access and the people in the preset.
To edit a people preset in Admin Center:
  1. Click People in the left menu of Admin Center.
  2. Click People presets in the left menu.
  3. ClickOptions to the right of the people preset, then select Edit preset.
  4. Make any required changes to the name and description, then click Next.
  5. Make any required changes to the admin and/or product access, then click Next.
    • Another admin in your organization may need to approve these changes.
  6. Add or remove any groups or individuals in this preset, then click Next.
  7. Review changes, then click Update preset.
To delete a people preset in Admin Center
  1. Click People in the left menu of Admin Center.
  2. Click People presets in the left menu.
  3. ClickOptions to the right of the people preset, then select Delete preset.
  4. Click Delete to confirm.
