Manage a people preset in Admin Center
This article is only applicable to admins with relevant permissions.
You can make changes to a people preset in Admin Center at any time. This includes changes to the name, description, Admin Center access, product access and the people in the preset.
To edit a people preset in Admin Center:
- Click
People in the left menu of Admin Center.
- Click People presets in the left menu.
- Click
Options to the right of the people preset, then select Edit preset.
- Make any required changes to the name and description, then click Next.
- Make any required changes to the admin and/or product access, then click Next.
- Another admin in your organization may need to approve these changes.
- Add or remove any groups or individuals in this preset, then click Next.
- Review changes, then click Update preset.
To delete a people preset in Admin Center
- Click
People in the left menu of Admin Center.
- Click People presets in the left menu.
- Click
Options to the right of the people preset, then select Delete preset.
- Click Delete to confirm.
