Add and manage payment information for Meta Horizon managed services
This article is only applicable to organizations that manage their own subscription to Meta Horizon managed services. If a reseller manages your subscription, then your bill comes from your reseller – so you can't add payment information to Admin Center.
Add payment details when you sign up
When you sign up for Meta Horizon managed services, then you need to add credit or debit card details unless you’re using a reseller. Supported payment methods are:
- American Express
- Mastercard
- Visa
- Discover
When you add payment information, you need to:
- Confirm your location. If you need to update this later, then you will need to add payment information again.
- Confirm that you will pay in USD. USD is the only supported currency, unless a reseller manages your subscription.
- Provide card details, such as name on card, card number, expiry date and CVC.
- Add business information, such as your business address.
Your payment details may be verified immediately. If we have been unable to do this, then you’ll see Verifying credit card. You can check the progress of verification by going to Payment settings in Products & billing in Admin Center.
Edit payment details
To edit your payment details:
- Click
Products & billing in the left menu of Admin Center.
- Click
Payment settings.
- Click
Options to the right of your payment method, then click Edit card.
- Make any changes you need to, then click Save.
Add a new payment method
To add a new payment method:
- Click
Products & billing in the left menu of Admin Center.
- Click
Payment settings.
- Click Add payment method.
- Enter your card details, then click Save.
Edit business information
To edit your business information:
- Click
Products & billing in the left menu of Admin Center.
- Click
Payment settings.
- Click
Options to the right of Business info, then select Edit.
- Make any changes you need to, then click Save.
Failed payments
If your payment fails for managed services, then check your payment details are correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account. If needed you can edit or change your payment method.
If Meta is unable to take payment for more than 1 month, then you will lose the ability to manage devices. If payment hasn’t been received after 3 months, then Meta will cancel your subscription to managed services.
