Delete business tools from your organization's products in Admin Center
Using managed Meta accounts for Meta Business Suite, Business Manager, Ads Manager and other business tools is not currently available to all organizations.
You must be a system admin to delete business tools (such as Meta Business Suite, Business Manager and Ads Manager) from Admin Center.
The way you delete business tools from Admin Center depends on whether you only use Admin Center for business tools, or whether you also use it for Meta Horizon managed services.
Note: Before you can delete business tools from Admin Center, someone must first remove all business assets from your organization's business portfolios (such as Meta Business Suite).
If you only use Admin Center for business tools
If you only use Admin Center for business tools, then you need to delete Admin Center for your organization to delete business tools.
If you use Admin Center for business tools and Meta Horizon managed services
If you want to continue using Admin Center for Meta Horizon managed services but want to delete business tools:
- Click
Products & billing in the left menu of Admin Center.
- Click
Options to the right of Meta business tools, then select Delete.
- Review the information, confirm that you’re authorized to delete business tools from Admin Center for your organization, then click Confirm.
- Enter a code from your authentication app, then click Confirm.
- If you can’t enter a code from an authentication app, click Use another method and follow on-screen instructions.
If you want to delete business tools from Admin Center and also cancel your Meta Horizon managed services subscription, then you first need to either delete business tools or cancel Meta Horizon managed services, and then delete Admin Center for your organization.
