Enable or disable Meta Quest Store access on Meta Quest for Business devices
Meta Quest Store is not available to Meta Quest for Business devices in Shared Mode.
Admins can enable or disable Meta Quest Store access for devices in Individual Mode. By default, Individual Mode devices have access to the Meta Quest Store.
If Meta Quest Store access is changed from allowed to disallowed, then people who have made downloads or purchases from the Meta Quest Store will no longer be able to access those apps and will also be sent an email to inform them that access has been disabled. While access is disabled, apps that are subject to ongoing subscription charges need to be canceled.
If you disable Meta Quest Store access for someone who logs into the Quest Link PC app with their managed Meta account, then they won’t be able to access the Quest Store in the app either.
The below instructions cover how to enable or disable Meta Quest Store access for devices that are managed in Admin Center. If you manage devices with either Ivanti Neurons for MDM or Workspace ONE UEM, then you can download and use Meta’s OEMConfigs APK to manage Meta Quest Store access.
