Learn what to do if you're having problems logging into the managed Meta account given to you by your organization on work.meta.com.
- If you’re having problems accessing your Facebook account, then follow this advice.
- If you’re trying to log into a headset with your personal email address, then follow this advice.
Email address not recognized
- Check you’re using the email address your organization’s admin created your account with. This is likely your work email address rather than your personal email address.
- Contact an admin for your managed account if you're still having problems with your email address. If needed, this admin can contact support on your behalf.
Two-factor authentication code issues
If your two-factor authentication code doesn’t work on work.meta.com, then click Try another way for your options. These options will include any backup methods you’ve added.
Password problems
If your password isn't working on work.meta.com, then you can either:
- Click Log in without a password: This sends a link to your work email address that you can click to log in. This link is valid for 1 hour and can only be used once.
- Click Forgotten your password?: This takes you to a page where you can send an email to your work email address to reset your password.
Contact an admin for your organization’s accounts if neither of these options works. Admins can contact support on your behalf.
Locked account

If you’re an admin for your organization’s managed accounts
- If you’ve previously accessed Admin Center for your organization but you’re now having problems, then fill in and submit this form.
- If you’re an admin for your organization but have never accessed Admin Center before and are having problems logging in, then reach out to another admin in your organization.
