What to do if you can't log into your managed Meta account on work.meta.com
This advice is for logging into your managed Meta account on work.meta.com. If you’re trying to log into Facebook, visit Log into your Facebook account.
If we don’t recognise your email address
Check you’re using the right email address. An admin for your managed Meta accounts created your account so it’s likely they used your work email address.
Contact an admin for your managed Meta accounts if we’re still not recognising your email address. If needed, your organization’s system admin can contact support on your behalf.
If you can’t remember your password
You have two options:
- Click Forgotten your password?. This will take you to a page where you can send an email to your work email address to reset your password. Check that the email address is correct and then click Reset Password. Then, follow the instructions in the email.
- Click Log in without a password. This sends a link via email to your work email address. Click this link to log into your managed Meta account instantly. The link is only valid for 1 hour and can only be used once.
If you are not a admin for your managed Meta accounts and neither of the above works, speak to your IT team or admin about the problem. They can contact support on your behalf.
If you enter your password incorrectly too many times, then you will see a message asking you to try again soon.
If your two-factor authentication code doesn’t work
If you’re having problems with your two-factor authentication code, then you can click Try another way for your options. This will include backup two-factor authentication methods you’ve added.
If you are an admin for your organization's managed Meta accounts
If you can't log into Admin Center, then you can fill in and submit this form for further support. This is for admins who have previously accessed Admin Center with their managed Meta account. If you haven't accessed Admin Center before, then reach out to another admin in your organization.
