Use multiple resellers for your organization’s Meta Horizon managed services

This article is only applicable to admins with relevant permissions.
Your organization can connect to more than 1 reseller in Admin Center. This may be useful if you want to purchase Meta Quest devices and manage Meta Horizon managed services across different regions.
Connect to an additional reseller
Before you can connect to an additional reseller, you need to:
- Remove Admin Center access for any reseller you already use, if applicable. When editing relationship settings, click to uncheck the box in the Admin access section.
- Work with your reseller to cancel your Support Plus subscription, if relevant.
- Move to fixed term and/or device lifetime access subscriptions, if relevant.

Then:
- Click
Products & billing in the left menu of Admin Center.
- Click Get activation code in the Connect with a new reseller box.
- Read and agree to the terms, then click Generate code.
- Share this code with your reseller who will need it to complete your order with them.
You can view your subscriptions by going to
Products & billing in Admin Center, then clicking
Plans. The Reseller column shows you which reseller is managing which subscription.
You can also view which resellers are connected in
External relationships.
Note: Devices associated with different resellers cannot be part of the same device group.
