Resolve Meta Quest device bug reports in Admin Center

This article is only applicable to admins with relevant permissions.
People using a Meta Quest device in your organization can report a problem on their headset.
To view a bug report:
  1. Click Devices in the left menu of Admin Center.
  2. Click Device bugs in the left menu.
  3. Click View to the right of the bug report.
You may be able to resolve the bug yourself or alongside the person who raised the bug. If not, then take a note of the bug report reference number and raise a support ticket.
